Start your day off right and enjoy a leisurely à la carte breakfast at the “Prenner” restaurant, located just a 2-minute walk from our Kitz Apart. Alternatively, the “Stiar” restaurant (about a 7-minute walk away) offers a generous breakfast buffet featuring international delicacies—perfect for a delightful start to your day.
Breakfast can be added to your reservation for an additional charge of €28.00 per person and is not included in the apartment rate.
We’d be happy to help you choose the right restaurant for your evening. Upon request, we’ll reserve a table for you at one of our restaurants—“Bärafolla,” “Wirtshaus,” “Stiar,” “Kitzloch,” or “Prenner”—ensuring you enjoy a relaxing and culinary vacation experience.

The Vital.Spa at the Sporthotel Silvretta
The spacious VITAL.SPA Silvretta.Mondin, spanning over 1,200 m², offers the perfect retreat for relaxation and well-being. Guests can enjoy a heated indoor and outdoor pool, various saunas—including a Finnish sauna and a bio-herbal sauna—a saltwater steam bath, and stylish relaxation areas with views of the impressive Paznaun mountains.

Cancellations are only valid if made in writing.
Cancellation Fees
90 days prior: Processing fee of €100.00 per apartment
90–30 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total price
29–8 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total price
7–0 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total price
In case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price
(Cancellations in accordance with AGBH 2006)

It’s not uncommon for things to turn out differently than expected, and for a booked vacation to have to be canceled or cut short. We’d like to help you avoid the associated costs and hassle.
