For your safety!
Dear guests, in order to gurantee you a relaxing vacation, we have taken all necessary measures that you can enjoy your time with us. For this reason we only use selected products. Our partner HOLLU Systemhygiene GmbH, located in 6170 Zirl, founded n 1905, is a reliable company for cleaning and disinfection systems.
All areas of our hotel are cleaned and disinfected with Hollu’s tested and certified products and systems. Through these modern cleaning concepts we can gurantee our guests a pleasant stay in a clean and hygienic environment.
OUR MEASURES
For your safety!
General
- You will find disinfection dispensers in hotel on various places and we ask you to use them regularly.
- All employees wear a mask and also for our guests is a duty to wear it in the hotel.
- Our employees have to be tested regularly for COVID-19 and have been trained on the special hygiene measures.
- Please use the elevators only with your travel companions.
- In case of any symptoms of illness, please inform us immediately.
Reception
- When greeting and saying goodbye, we will refrain from shaking hands due to security.
- Before the arrival, we ask you to do a quick check-in online. You will find the link for it in your reservation mail and we will send you another mail before your arrival.
- We can only offer our parking service under special conditions.
- All guests are required to bring a negative COVID-19 test result and present it upon the arrival. The test result should not be taken more then 48 hours before the arrival. There will be also testing facilities in the village.
Halfboard restaurant Alpin
- Tables are allocated and the safety distance of 1 meter is observed.
- The menu or wine list as well as salt, pepper or sugar will be disinfected after each use.
- We ask you to keep the minimum distance of 1 meter at the buffet and to disinfect you hands beforehand with the available disinfectant dispensers.
- You will also find disposable gloves at the buffet.
Restaurant BÄRAFALLA, WIARTSHAUS, STIAR, KUHSTALL, KITZLOCH
- Here we are having the same measures as in our half-board restaurant Alpin.
- Reservations for the restaurants are recommended.
- We ask you to download the Ischgl app (iski) as we use the app for contact tracing.
- We recommend to scan the menu and beverage cards via a QR code which is located on each table. The convential cards are also available in the restaurants and will be disinfected after each guest.
Rooms
- The rooms will be cleaned by our trained staff regarding the hygiene standards.
- We recommend to regular open the windows.
- Door handles, room folders, remote conditions and ligh switches will be cleaned and disinfected more frequently.
SPA
- Please disinfect your hands when entering the spa area.
- We ask you to keep a minimum distance of 1 meter in the entire Vital.Spa. This also includes the saunas, the indoor and outdoor pool and the firness room.
- The saunas are limited by a restricted number of people which is signposted at the door of each sauna.
- Massage and cosmetic treatments are still available and we kindly ask you to make a reservation at the reception or directly in the wellness area.
CABLE CAR MEASURES

The cable car Silvrettaseilbahn AG, the tourism association Paznaun-Ischgl and the nearby cable cars have put together a package of measures to offer you the highest possible security.
