In our hotel’s restaurant we serve delicacies from the Austrian and international cuisine. Enjoy the special atmosphere when we have Tyrolean live music here twice a week in winter. The basis of our Tyrolean delicacies and international delights are high-quality products, mostly from our beautiful homeland, the Paznaun, according to the season.
Enjoy unique Tyrolean hospitality and allow us to treat you to exquisite delicacies of the Alpine cuisine created by our chef Gunther Döberl who has been awarded by the gourmet community Gault Millau. In both our restaurants, the gourmet restaurant “STIAR” and the “WIARTSHAUS”, our team focuses on top quality. This is why we mainly use products we produce on our own, along with carefully selected products by regional suppliers. And since the good things come in threes, we are happy to be able to announce that our “Bauernhofladen”, our in-house farm store, where you can buy homemade delicacies such as cheese, bacon, jam and much more, all from our own farm, the MAASHOF, is now open.Whether classic dishes or culinary inventions – let yourself be surprised and allow the Silvretta delicacies to melt in your mouth.
